Job description

Our services begin with the formulation of the job advertisement, which we design together with you. The positions to be filled are described as precisely as possible by questionnaire, so that the right candidates can apply for them.

The interviews

Together with our partners abroad we select candidates for you. From a pool of applicants you can select the candidates you would like to invite for an interview. The interview takes place online or, if you wish, on site.

Your Choice

After the interviews, you decide which candidates you want to involve in the preparation process. The preparation process starts with language courses to the required level. If the candidates already have the desired language level, the next step follows.

The Recognition Process

During the language course, all necessary documents will be collected, translated and sent to Germany. This initiates the recognition procedure with the competent authority. Subsequently, the visa will be applied for, if necessary. Once all the documents necessary for immigration are available, preparations will be made for entry into the country.

The arrival and the start of work

The skilled-workers arrive to Germany and will be picked up by IB-employees. We will bring them to their accomodation (maybe even in IB-owned appartments).

The professionals can complete a B2 language course at an IB language center. After the 10-12 week language course (duration may vary), the professionals can either be employed as assistants and start their professional recognition or, if recognition has already taken place or is not necessary, start working directly as professionals in your company. The IB is happy to support you and your team in the form of job coaching during the initial period.

Individual Solutions

The current labor market situation in Germany is in a constant state of flux, and so are the challenges facing professionals and other stakeholders. The process described above is based on the migration process of a nursing professional from a country outside the EU. Depending on the profession and country of origin, the process may deviate.
